AI services, built around your business. Bring the problem. We’ll match the service.
Nine services, from the first roadmap to an AI concierge that talks with your customers, each built into the software you already run and each answering to a named person in your business.
The evaluation is free, and a person replies within one business day.
Not sure? Start with strategy or a free website check.
Most people come to us with a problem, not a service name. Pick the line that sounds most like you. Each one is a small first step, and none of them commits you to the next.
What would you like to improve?
Choose by the problem you want gone. Each card says who the service suits, what it includes and where to read the detail.

One engagement: plan it, build it, run it.
You can buy any service on its own. Used together, they follow the same six phases, and the people who planned the work are the people who build and run it.
Plan it
We sit with the people doing the work and write down what actually happens. Every opportunity is ranked on value, effort and risk, and we say which ones aren’t worth doing.
You holdA ranked roadmap, with the first pilot scoped.Build it
We build the agreed piece into the systems you already run. Access starts closed, a person on your side reviews what the AI may do, and it is tested on realistic cases before your people use it.
Run it
We watch outcomes, exceptions and cost with you, keep connections and sign-ins healthy, and bring back the next change worth making.
By role: owners and directors, operations leads, IT and security.
Three services, one plan, one approver.
For example, a 60-person electrical contractor on Simpro, Microsoft 365 and Xero. After five, calls go to voicemail. Quotes go quiet. The office retypes job notes into invoices.
Strategy ranks the three jobs on value, effort and risk, and puts payroll on the not-yet list because the effort outweighs the gain.
An AI concierge answers after-hours calls from approved answers and books a callback. Automation drafts quote follow-ups in Outlook. Implementation connects Simpro and Xero, so an invoice is drafted from the finished job.
Sending a quote and raising an invoice wait for the owner, who approves from their phone. Each month we typically read back what ran, what waited and what was refused.
What you get, and what stays yours.
Every service ends in something you can read, hold and use without us. Nothing is moved into SpeedOz, and nothing widens without a new agreement in writing.
What you get
- A written roadmap, ranked on value, effort and risk
- Connections to your systems, with a written plan of who signs in how
- Access closed by default, and Ask first on anything that changes data
- A named approver for each team, and a record of every request
- Documentation and handover for the people who use it
What you keep, even if you stop
- Your records, which stay in your own systems
- The roadmap and the documentation
- A one-page controls summary for your board or insurer
- A clean exit: connections switched off and sign-ins revoked
Raise the invoice for job 2214 in Xero
Approved by Sam. Recorded with who asked, who decided and when.
Send the quote follow-up to Priya?
Drafted in Outlook by Claude for Dana. Quote 1187 has had no reply for nine days.
Every request is recorded, refusals included.
Pricing, in one line
A free evaluation, a six-week AUD $5,000 pilot for one process and one team, credited against setup, then setup from AUD $5,000 and from AUD $900 a month for the whole organisation. Not per seat.
The same services, shaped for your industry.
Each industry page shows the systems we connect, where businesses like yours usually start and what stays with a person.
What people ask before they choose.
Anything else, ask in the evaluation. A person answers within one business day.
No. Each service can be bought on its own, with a fixed scope agreed in writing before work starts. Adding another later does not mean starting again.
If you are not sure where AI would pay, start with AI strategy consulting or the free evaluation. If you already know the job, such as after-hours calls or invoice drafting, start with the service that does it, and we will scope a six-week pilot around one process and one team.
Not necessarily. We look at what you run today and where an integration or a targeted improvement is more useful than a replacement. Nothing is migrated into SpeedOz: the AI works in the systems you already have, and your records stay there.
It does not have to, and by default it does not. We design review and approval steps around the decisions that need your team’s judgement. Anything that changes a record or leaves the business waits for a named person, and every request is recorded, refusals included.
Web development with AI changes the website itself: search that answers natural questions, enquiries captured and routed into your existing tools, and web features built around your customer journey. An AI concierge is an agent in your brand’s voice, working from your approved knowledge, that talks with customers in chat or by voice, connects to your systems and hands over to a person when it should.
SpeedOz is an independent AI automation business based on the Sunshine Coast, founded by Christian Krauter. A person reads every evaluation request and replies within one business day, and we carry the work from the roadmap through to running it.
Bring us your next challenge.
Tell us what you want to improve and what your business runs on. A person reads it and replies within one business day, with the service that fits and what a first step would involve.
