SpeedOz AI concierges

Your brand. Your knowledge. Your AI concierge.

For the questions that arrive all day, and the calls that come after you close.

We design and connect an AI agent that answers your website chat and your phone, after hours included. It speaks in your tone, answers from knowledge you approve, takes only the actions you allow and hands the rest to a named person.

The questions don’t stop when the office closes.

Customers ask the same questions on your website all day, and ring when nobody is there to answer. Here is where those questions go now, and what changes when a concierge answers them.

In your website chat

Now

Visitors want to know if you cover their suburb and how soon you can come. They fill in the form and wait, or try the next result.

With a concierge

It answers from your service pages, takes the enquiry details and offers the next step your rules allow.

On the phone after hours

Now

After close, calls go to voicemail. Someone rings back in the morning, and by then the caller has often rung someone else.

With a concierge

It answers, takes the job in the caller’s words, puts emergencies through to whoever is on call and requests a booking for the office to confirm.

What we build

Built around your brand, grounded in your knowledge.

A concierge pairs conversation with approved knowledge and connected workflows, so a good answer can lead to the next step. We design four parts with you, and each one is written down for you to read.

Built around your brandIts role, tone and boundaries, written with you: what it calls itself, how it greets people and how it says no.
Grounded in your knowledgeIt answers from the service pages, documents and FAQs you approve. If the answer isn’t in them, it says so rather than guess.
Connected to your systemsScoped actions, such as taking enquiry details, checking a job or requesting a booking. Each one is set to Read only, Ask first or Off.
Human handoverA clear path to a person when a request is out of scope, uncertain, upset or urgent.

Waiting for Isla
It hands over to a person when
  • The caller asks for a person
  • Someone may be in danger, after telling them to call triple zero
  • The same question fails twice, or the caller is upset
  • It is a complaint or a billing dispute
Changes go to a test line first. Callers keep hearing version 4 until you publish.
Worked example

A call at 9:12 pm, and a booking that waits for a person.

For example, a plumbing business of about 40 people puts its after-hours line on a concierge. The call is a sample with sample names. The concierge finds the customer and the next free window, and requests the booking. The booking waits for Isla, the operations manager, who confirms it from her phone the next morning.

On its own

Answered, found the customer and a free window, and texted a summary.

Ask first

The booking itself, held for Isla until she confirmed it.

Refused

A price over the phone. The plumber confirms the cost before any work starts.

  1. Assistant

Hi, you’ve reached Acme after hours. I’m Acme’s automated assistant. If anyone is in danger, please hang up and call triple zero.

  2. Mia

Hi. Our hot water system is leaking in the laundry. It’s not an emergency, but can someone come this week?

Thanks, Mia. I can see your Peregian Beach address. The first free window is Thursday between 7 and 9 am. Would that suit?

  5. Mia

Thursday’s fine. Roughly what will it cost?

  6. Assistant

I can’t give prices over the phone. The plumber will confirm the cost with you before any work starts. I’ve asked the office to confirm Thursday, and we’ll text you once it’s booked.

Staying in control

Read it, test it, then let it answer.

You can see what the concierge may do in each system, try every change before a caller hears it, and read back any conversation afterwards.

A named person approves what it may doEach system it can reach is set to Read only, Ask first or Off. Ask first waits for the named approver, with a backup if they’re away, and held items never expire.
Every change is tried on a test line firstSend the draft to the test line and run test calls. A test call books nothing and sends nothing, and callers keep hearing the live version until you publish.
Every conversation is on the recordCallers are told the call is recorded. Each call keeps its transcript, the path it took and every step, approvals included, by name.
Some things are never allowedDelete is always off on phone lines. Anything on the never list is refused, and the refusal is recorded like everything else.

What you get

From the first conversation to a working concierge.

We begin with the questions you already get, agree a focused scope, build and test with your team, then launch on one channel. Timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing for your project.

Understand

A defined role and conversation design

We start with the questions you already get: on the enquiry form, in website messages and on the voicemail. Then we write who the concierge is, how it greets people and when it hands over.

You getThe role and guardrails, written down for you to approve
Scope

An approved knowledge and data setup

We agree the pages, documents and FAQs it answers from, and who owns each one. Anything not on the list is not an answer.

You getA source list with an owner for every item
Build and test

System connections with agreed permissions

We connect the systems the job needs, set each action to Read only, Ask first or Off, and run test calls and test website chats with the people who answer today.

You getA test record for every scenario you care about
Launch

Evaluation, launch and handover guidance

It goes live on one channel first. We read the first weeks back with you, then hand over a guide to changing it yourself.

What you keep

Your knowledge. You decide what goes on the source list and what comes off it.
Your phone number. Turn the line off and calls ring through exactly as they did before.
The record. Every conversation, every step and every approval, by name.
The written role and guardrails, with every version kept.

If you stop after the pilot, the connections switch off, the sign-ins are revoked and the record stays with you.

Before we get started

What owners ask before it answers.

Anything else, ask in the evaluation. A person answers within one business day.

It can mean instructions, your brand guidance and answers drawn from knowledge you approve. The right approach depends on the job, and it does not always mean training a new model. The scope says which approach we use, and why.

Yes, where your systems support it and you approve the scope. We define the permitted actions, the access limits and any human approval. Each action is set to Read only, Ask first or Off, and anything that changes a record, such as a booking, can wait for a named person.

Yes. It introduces itself as your automated assistant at the start of every call, and pretending to be a person is on the list of things it must never do. Callers are told the call is recorded, and recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days.

It says so rather than guess. You choose what happens next: put the caller through to a person, take a message for the office, or collect a website visitor’s details so someone can get back to them. If the same question fails twice, or the caller is upset, it hands over.

Yes. Edit the greeting, a step, the tone or the sources in the SpeedOz app, send the draft to the test line and run a test call. Callers keep hearing the live version until you publish. Giving it more access to a system goes to SpeedOz for review first.

The evaluation is free. A six-week pilot for one process and one team is AUD $5,000, credited in full against setup if you continue. Setup starts from AUD $5,000 for a fixed scope, quoted in writing, and running it starts from AUD $900 a month for the whole organisation, not per seat.

Bring the question your team answers most.

Tell us what customers ask, when they call, and what happens to those calls after hours today. A person reads it and replies within one business day, and we’ll tell you whether a concierge fits.
