Phone enquiries
A phone line answers from your approved answers, takes the caller’s brief and a callback time, and passes it to the right estimator.
Stays with your teamConfirming the scope and the next step. For builders, head contractors and subcontractors, AI drafts the site diary, finds missing subcontractor documents and prepares variations from the systems you already run, and a named person approves whatever leaves the business.
Start with a six-week pilot for one process and one team, at AUD $5,000, credited in full against setup if you continue. A person reads every request and replies within one business day.
Office and site information sits in different systems, so it gets retyped, chased and missed. Start with one of these. Each leaves the decision with the person who carries it.

Stays with your teamConfirming the scope and the next step.Claude searches public EstimateOne, Australian Tenders and AusTender listings for your trades and regions, and flags scope gaps between quotes.
Stays with the estimatorQuantities, scope gaps, assumptions and rates.Claude finds the current revision and the earlier project mail, then drafts the RFI reply or the variation, listing the documents it used.
Stays with the project managerScope, cost and what gets sent.Claude drafts the site diary, progress report and action list from the day’s notes, photos and daily logs.
Stays with the site managerChecking the evidence before the client sees it.Claude reads the programme and supplier emails and flags lead times that put a trade start at risk, while there is time to move it.
Stays with the plannerDeciding what moves, and who is told. Your scheduling system, scoped in a workshopClaude sorts inspection and hazard records, lists who isn’t inducted for tomorrow and drafts each follow-up.
Stays with qualified peopleEvery safety decision. What the SpeedOz app shows the people involved, with sample data. The steps and the controls are the real ones.
For example, on a three-townhouse build the client asks Sam, the site manager, for floor-to-ceiling tiles in one ensuite. Sam notes it in the site diary.
Claude finds the current drawing and the client’s email, drafts the variation with the extra time and sends it to Priya, the project manager. Nothing reaches the client until she approves it.
Before a big day on site, somebody checks SWMS, inductions and site bookings by hand. Claude reads them in HammerTech, lists what is missing and drafts the email to each subcontractor in Outlook. The site manager reads the drafts and sends them.
Estimating, project, site and accounting systems each hold part of the job. These are on the SpeedOz integrations list today. What each can do depends on your licences and the vendor’s API, and the notes say what is unconfirmed.
Out-of-date records make any automation harder. So each workflow starts with source checks and revision control: the draft names the documents and revisions it used, and a person checks them before anything leaves the business.
A paid pilot with a fixed shape. We start where the paperwork hurts most and measure the result against where you started.
We map how information moves between office and site, which AI apps people already use, and pick one workflow with a clear owner.
You holdA written map and the first workflowWe review the source documents, sign-ins and data quality, connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and one project or site system, and agree what staff must approve.
You holdOne team working from real jobsReal cases, including missing information and conflicting revisions. Drafts run on their own, and anything that leaves the business waits for a phone approval.
You holdA record of what ran, waited and was refusedWe compare turnaround and manual effort with where you started, read it back with the people who used it, and you decide.
You holdThe controls summaryOne recurring admin problem, the systems involved and an example of what your team handles: a site diary, an RFI or a tender pack. We will help find a practical first step, the checks it needs and how to tell whether it is working.
Anything else, ask in the evaluation. A person answers within one business day.
With the paperwork around it, yes. Claude can sort tender documents, compare quotes and prepare material for the estimator, and specialist takeoff software can help with quantities. The estimator still checks quantities, scope gaps, assumptions and rates against the current documents before an estimate goes out.
It can be, if you start narrow: phone enquiries, quote follow-ups or the daily site report. Running it starts from AUD $900 a month for the whole business, not per seat, so we look at the workload, the setup effort and the running cost with you first. If it won’t pay, we will say so.
No. We start from the systems you already run and design the workflow around them where a supported connection exists. Licences, integration limits and vendor approvals are set out in the scope before you commit. Aconex, Buildxact and HammerTech each need the vendor to approve or switch on API access first.
No. Procore lists hosting in the US, UK and EU only, and that doesn’t change. SpeedOz itself is hosted in Australia by default, with other regions on request, confirmed in writing in the scope before anything connects. Procore’s tool list is still being confirmed, so what Claude may read and change there is agreed in writing first.
Not on its own. Sending project mail in Aconex is Ask first, so it waits for a named person. Sending formal contract correspondence starts Off, and only the owner can change that. Every request is recorded, refusals included.
Specialist tools can compare progress or study design options when suitable models, images and project data exist, and we can assess how their output would fit your workflow. Site verification and design approval stay with qualified professionals.
