Integrations

Most popular business systems now ship their own official connector for AI apps. SpeedOz adds what those connectors leave out: access set per team, Ask first before a change, delete tools off until the owner turns one on, and a record of everything.

A system you built? See how we connect it
ReadyWorks through the vendor’s official connector or a mature API. Most connect with each person’s own sign-in; a few use one key for the business, which SpeedOz holds. Included in setup. Connected during setupThere’s no connector to switch on yet, so SpeedOz arranges access with the vendor and connects it with you during setup. Included in setup, at no extra cost. Scoping workshopWe check what the system allows before promising anything, in a workshop with a fixed price agreed before it starts. You get a written list of actions and a price to connect it, then decide. Setup includes connecting the systems you choose from the SpeedOz integrations list that are Ready or Connected during setup. A Scoping workshop system is priced once the workshop shows what it can do. Custom connectors are priced separately. That only applies to a system that isn’t on the SpeedOz integrations list, or a connector built for your business alone, such as one for a system you built in house.

Two systems, in plain words

Microsoft 365, in plain words

Each person signs in as themselves, so an AI app only ever reaches that person’s own mail, calendar and files, never anyone else’s. Then each team gets a setting for each of the five things below.

On
It goes ahead, and it is on the record.
Ask first
It prepares it, and a named person confirms each one.
Off
The AI app cannot do it at all.

You can also limit it by AI app, whatever the team’s setting. For example, Copilot can be read only while Claude drafts replies for a person to send.

What it can do, for one team
Read mailFind, read and summarise emails in the person’s own inbox.
Send mailSend an email as that person, or reply to one.
Read calendarSee the person’s own meetings and when they are free.
Manage calendarBook, move or cancel meetings in their calendar.
FilesFind and open their documents in OneDrive and SharePoint.
Select a setting to change it. Each change is on the record, with who made it. Sending mail and changing a calendar default to Ask first.

Shared or per person. The system decides, not a setting.

Where the business owns the account, one sign-in serves everyone. Where the system acts as a person, such as mail and calendar, each person connects their own. An agent acting for someone who has not connected reaches nothing.

Each sign-in is kept in an encrypted vault and is never shown again once it is entered, to anyone. Revoke it and every action it allowed stops at once. Adding a new one widens nothing: the approved access still applies.

Bring the connectors your team already set up

If someone has already added a connector to Claude Desktop, Cursor or VS Code, it can come across. It goes through the same discovery, the same suggested minimum access per team, and the same named approval as everything on this page.

A system you built yourselves? We build the connector.

If your business runs on a system of its own, or one nobody has written a connector for, we build the connector during setup. You show us what the system holds and what your people need from it, and it then goes through the same discovery, the same minimum access per team and the same named approval as everything else on this page.

If it has an API We build a connector to that API during setup, with named actions only.
If it runs only on your own network How SpeedOz reaches it is agreed during setup with your IT team, and written into the scope.

The price is fixed in the written scope before any building starts.

1 You show us the system An internal app, a database, or the spreadsheet the business really runs on. What it holds and who needs what from it. 2 We build the connector during setup Named actions only, with looking kept apart from changing. Nothing reaches it until it is approved. 3 It is approved like any other The same minimum access per team, the same named person, the same record.

What a connection gives an AI app

A list of named actions, and nothing else. SpeedOz reaches the system, signs in, asks what it can do, and hands back only the actions your rules allow. Reads answer, changes wait for a person, and anything not granted is refused.

Tell us what your business runs on.

We will say which of your systems are Ready, which are Connected during setup, which start with a scoping workshop, and which kind of sign-in each one needs. A person reads every submission.
